【摘要】 通过对吉林省444家工业企业知识产权工作开展状况的问卷调研进行实证分析,结果显示:尽管企业对知识产权工作的重视程度正在逐步提高,但仍存在知识产权保护意识淡薄、保护知识匮乏、组织机构不健全、技术依赖严重及知识产权保护不力等问题。因此,吉林省政府相关部门及企业迫切需要加强知识产权战略研究,制定有效的方针战略,提高运用知识产权制度的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some problems such as indifferent protection of intellectual right,lack of means to protect it,unsound organizations severe technological dependence and unfavorable protection of intellectual right in the businesses although they pay more attention to it than before by analyzing the intellectual right among 444 businesses in Jilin Province.So it is urgent for the relative governmental departments of Jilin Province to strengthen a strategical study on intellectual right,make an effective principle and promote the level of carrying out the system of intellectual right.更多还原
