【Abstract】 Armillariella mellea,a kind of medicinal fungi which are symbiotic with Gastrodia elata Blume,has great research and development value for it′s fruitbody,mycelium and rhizomorph which can be made into medicine.More and more attention to Armillariella mellea with it’s great nourishmem and health-care function,Leechdom and health-care products were made from Armillariella mellea sold in home or oversea market.The recent research progress of biological characters,nutritional and chemical compositions,pharmacological activity of Armillariella mellea was summarized.The producing methods and health-care function of Armillariella mellea product were introduced.It would provide the basis for the further study of Armillariella mellea and promote the development of new-type Leechdom and health-care products which meet the market demand.更多还原
