【Abstract】 The conservative sequence of Sry gene of mouse,Microtus(Microtus arvalis and Pitymys duodecimcostatus) was labeled on DIG by PCR method and random primer labeling.The result showed that the efficiency of probe labeled with the method of PCR was higher than that of probe labeled with random primer.This experiment provided the foundation for the following southern blotting.更多还原
