【Abstract】 RNA interference(RNAi)is an evolutionarily conserved eukaryotic adaptive response that lead to the specific degradation of target mRNA species in response to cellular exposure to homologous double-stranded RNA molecules.It is to both endogenous pathogenic nucleic acids,and regulates the expression of protein-coding genes.RNAi is now a powerful instrument for functional genomic analyses and will be a potentionally useful method in highly specific ds RNA based gene-silencing therapeutics.更多还原
