【Abstract】 Previous studies in our lab have shown a down-regulated gene expression(SEC14L5)which may be related to the dysfunction of leukocytes from juvenile periodentitis patients.In this study,we used bioinformatics analytic method to further understand the homology,structure of gene and potential functions and location for its coded protein.The results have shown SEC14L5 has great homology with SPF protein.The down expression of SEC14L5 may interrupt the lipid synthesis and metabolism,resulted in dysfunction of leukocytes.更多还原
