【Abstract】 This paper deals with the advances of tissue culture in Chinese jujube,including culture of vegetative organ,callus,anther,embryo,endosperm and protoplast,and other influencing factors,are reviewed.Many researches in culture of vegetative organ have reported in the paper,but a few researches have reported in the other culture of explant.According to the latest achievements and problems in this field,some important aspects about tissue culture of Chinese jujube that should be stressed on in the future are pointed out.更多还原
