【Abstract】 Lipase is an important kind of industrial enzyme.Pseudomonas lipases have some advantages than other bacterial lipases in temperature stability,organic solvent tolerability,etc.Thus,they have a great applicable potentiality on organic synthesis,food industry,drug manufacture,and oil deeply processing,etc.In this paper,we have summarized the research progress on classification,characteristics,structure,regulations of their gene expression and mechanisms of secretion of Pseudomonas lipases.更多还原
