红色花保鲜液研究

【摘要】 目的:研究红色花标本的保鲜液,使红色花标本能够长期保存。方法:采用正交设计,对红色花标本采用了3因素(乙酸、甲醛和亚硫酸)3水平的试验,并用分光光度法测量不同试验号保存的红色标本中红色花色素的含量,确定最佳的红色花保鲜液的配方。结果:经过使用分光光度法检测不同保鲜液保存花标本中红色花色素的含量,测得使用5号配方(0.5%乙酸、0.5%甲醛和0.2%亚硫酸)保鲜液保存的红色花标本,花色素的含量最高,可达0.983mg,时间超过1y。结论:使用0.5%乙酸、0.5%甲醛和0.2%亚硫酸配制的保鲜液可以较长时间的保存红色花标本。

【Abstract】 Objective: Studies on retain freshness liquid of red flowers,in oder to specimen of red flowers were protected for more long term.Method: To used orthogona design to sift a prescription out retain freshness liquid of specimen of red flowers in three factors(Acetic Acid,Formaldehyde solution and Sulfurous acid) at three levels respeltively and used spectrophotometry method for determination of the specimen of red flowers’s Anthocyanin contentwas established.The best retain freshness liquid of specimen of red flowers was fixed.Result:It used 5# prescription of retain freshness liquid protective specimen of red flowers. Anthocyanin content was tall.It was higher to 0.983mg.The protective time was longer than one year.Conclusion: The retain freshness liquid was linked up with 0.5% acetic acid,0.5% formaldehyde solution and 6% sulfurous acid.The specimen of red flowers can be protectived for more long term.
