粘红酵母和钝顶螺旋藻混合培养生产微生物油脂培养基优化
Optimizing mix-cultivation media of Rhodotorula glutinis and Spirulina platensis for lipid production
【摘要】 通过单因素实验和正交实验对粘红酵母和钝顶螺旋藻混合培养的培养基进行了优化,得到的优化培养基于5 L发酵罐中实验,葡萄糖质量浓度低于10.0 g/L时,开始流加600 g/L葡萄糖,控制葡萄糖质量浓度在(20±5)g/L,最终得到的油脂产量达到16.0 g/L。
【Abstract】 The effects of different carbon and nitrogen source of Rhodotorula glutinis and Spirulina platensis mix-cultivation on lipid production were studied by single-factor and orthogonal design experiments.The optimum medium for mix-cultivation was obtained.In the 5L fermentor fermentation,when the concentration of glucose being lower than 10.0g/L,feeding glucose was started with speed 600 g/L to keep the concentration of glucose(20±5) g/L.Under this condition,the final yield of lipid reached 16.0 g/L.
