【Abstract】 The effects of different carbon and nitrogen source of Rhodotorula glutinis and Spirulina platensis mix-cultivation on lipid production were studied by single-factor and orthogonal design experiments.The optimum medium for mix-cultivation was obtained.In the 5L fermentor fermentation,when the concentration of glucose being lower than 10.0g/L,feeding glucose was started with speed 600 g/L to keep the concentration of glucose(20±5) g/L.Under this condition,the final yield of lipid reached 16.0 g/L.更多还原
