【Abstract】 Plant membrane proteomics is one of the most active research fields in plant science.Proteomics is becoming an important content in the plant physiology.The preparation of plant membrane proteins and the methods of protein identification are reviewed.Furthermore,a review is given about the progress in plant membrane proteomics including plasma membrane,tonoplast and other membrane system.The database for the proteomics is introduced as well.Finally,the prospect of the plant membrane proteomics is raised for reference.更多还原
