光纤陀螺技术在油气管道变形检测中的应用
Application of FOG Technology in Deformation Detection for Oil & Gas Pipelines
【摘要】 大型输油、输气管道的变形和应力检测,特别是水下敷设的长距离大型管道的变形和应力检测,一直是困扰管道安全运行的一个难点。光纤陀螺作为一种新型的角度敏感元件,已经广泛成为航天、航空、航海等诸多领域中最具有发展前景的惯性测量部件。文章介绍了光纤陀螺技术的发展现状,并结合光纤陀螺用于形变测量的原理,探讨了光纤陀螺对管道进行连续形变检测的方法,给出了形变测量研究的实验方案及其数据处理方案。
【Abstract】 The deformation and stress detection of long-distance oil & gas pipelines,especially the underwater pipelines,is very critical in safe pipeline operation.Fiber optic gyroscope (FOG),a new angle-sensitive element,has been widely used in aviation,aeronautics and navigation.The development of FOG is described and technology of continuous detection of pipeline deformation is studied based upon the working principles of FOG.The schemes for deformation detection and data processing are presented.
