【摘要】 目的:分析我中心妇幼保健院抗生素的应用及耐药情况。方法:统计我中心妇幼保健院2006年抗生素用药频度(DDDs)排序前25位及其用药金额排序和日用金额,通过药敏实验对部分抗生素进行耐药分析。结果:DDDs排序前三位分别是克林霉素磷酸酯、左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑;部分抗生素耐药情况严重。结论:抗生素的消费总体按照安全、有效、合理、经济的方向发展,临床应严格掌握使用适应证,避免滥用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the current situation and the drug resistance of antibiotics in MCH hospital,Qingdao Medical and Health Center.Methods:The DDDs sort of the first twenty-five antibiotics and its sum order and daily expenses of money,which were taken from the MCH hospital,Qingdao Medical and Health Center,in 2006,were statistically analyzed.The drug resistance of some antibiotics was also analyzed by drug sensitivity experiment.Results:The first DDDs order spent was Clindamydn organic phosphate,the second was Levofloxacin and the third was Arilin.And it was found that the common bacteria were resistant to some of the antibiotics.Conclusion:In general,the consumption of antibiotics was safe,effective,reasonable and economical.In clinical application,the indication must be strictly mastered to avoid abusage.更多还原
