【摘要】 目的:观察海捷亚联合倍他乐克治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效。方法:80例老年原发性高血压患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用海捷亚联合倍他乐克、对照组仅使用海捷亚连续治疗8周,并于用药后第2、4、6、8周测定所有患者收缩压和舒张压。结果:用药后,治疗组血压下降明显(P＜0．01);与同一时期对照组相比,用药后第2、4、6、8周治疗组收缩压和舒张压均偏低,差异具有显著性(P＜0．01)。结论:海捷亚联合倍他乐克治疗老年性高血压明显优于单纯运用海捷亚治疗,建议临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To oberserve effects of Hyzaar and Betaloc in treatment of older patients with essential hypertension Method:80 older patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.One is treatment group treated with Hyzaar and Betaloc,the other is the control group by Hyzaar.All of these patients were asked to take medicines for 8 weeks and were.detected for shrink blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)at the second,forth,sixth and eighth week. Result:After these patients were treated with drugs,blood pressure of the treatment group descend obviously(P＜0.01).Compart- ed with the control group,SBP and DBP of the treatment group were lower significantly at the second.forth.sixth and eighth week (P＜0.01).Conclusion:The combination of Hyzaar and Betaloc is effective in treatment of older patients with essential hyperten- sion,which should be used in clinical experiences.更多还原
