【摘要】 目的:探讨糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患者外周血CD₃₄⁺细胞、白细胞介素-5（IL-5）和嗜酸粒细胞（EOS）的影响。方法:选择哮喘急性发作期患者30例,常规取血测定CD₃₄⁺细胞、IL—5和EOS;用吸入治疗2周后,再次取血测定外周血EOS计数、IL—5水平及CD₃₄⁺细胞数目。结果:哮喘患者外周血EOS、IL-5及CD₃₄⁺细胞数明显高于正常组（P＜0．01）EOS凋亡指数呈显著下降（ P＜0．01）。经吸入布地奈德治疗2周后,IL-5、EOS及CD₃₄⁺水平均显著降低。EOS凋亡指数呈显著增加,哮喘患者血清IL-5水平与EOS数呈显著正相关（r=0．92,P＜0．01）,与CD₃₄⁺细胞数亦呈显著正相关（r=0．90,P＜0．01）。结论:糖皮质激素可能影响CD₃₄ ⁺造血细胞的释放和向外周组织的迁移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of glucocorticoids on CD34+cell,interleukin-5（IL-5）and eosinophils（EOS） in the peripheral blood of asthma patients.Methods:46 asthmatic cases were treated by inhalation of glucocorticoids（Budesonide） for two weeks.The numbers of EOS and CD₃₄⁺ cells were counted and the level of IL-5 and EOS apoptotic index（AI）in the peripheral blood were measured.Results:The amount of EOS and CD₃₄⁺ cells and the level of IL-5 in the peripheral blood of the asthma patients were significantly higher than those of normal control（P＜0.01）,but the apoptofic index（AI）was lower.After 2 weeks of treatment,The amount of EOS and CD₃₄⁺ cells and the level of IL-5 decreased significantly ,while the apoptotic index （AI）increased significantly（P＜0.01）.The level of IL-5 was positively related to the amount of EOS（r=0.92,P＜0.01）,as well as to the amount of CD₃₄⁺ cells（r=0.90,P＜0.01）.Conelusion:Glucocorticoids might affect release and emigration outwards to peripheral tissues of CD34+cells in the peripheral blood of asthmatic patients.更多还原
