【Abstract】 Molecular beacon is a novel fluorescent oligonudeotide probe.Its specific structural feature of stem-Ioop (hairpin)provides it increased specificity of target recognition.Now it has already received much attention in many aspects of biochemistry.It has also been designed to various structures in different applications with special function.This review aims to provide a better understanding of some new types of MBs.It mainly discussed their structures,properties,and the applications in the biology and medicine science,and its prospect as well.更多还原
