【摘要】 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与血脂水平的关系。方法:选取32例OSAHS患者(OSAHS组)为试验组和30例健康体检者为对照组,均经多导睡眠监测仪(PSG)检查,测定空腹血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量,比较两组间的差异。结果:OSAHS组空腹时TC、TG、LDL显著高于对照组,而HDL显著低于对照组。结论:OSAHS可引起脂质代谢异常,从而促进心血管疾病的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigae the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and blood lipid.Methods:Thirty-two OSAHS patients and thirty normal volunteers were evaluated by polysomnography during sleep. Serum total cholesterol(TO),triglycefide(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)were measured. Correlation between the above indices was analyzed independently.Results:The levels of TC,TG and LDL in patients with OSAHS on an empty stomach were significantly higher than those in the control group,but the level of HDL was significandy lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:The high incidence of coronary heart disease in patients with OSAHS has dose relationship with the level of blood lipid.更多还原
