【Abstract】 The reactive dyestuff CFSE has been widely applied in recent years,and its mechanism has clarified gradually. CFSE is applied to not only cells proliferation in vitro but also in vivo,which broke a new effective path to study cell immunity and cell biology.This article reviews the character,work principle and application for GFSE.更多还原
