【摘要】 提出了有机颜料在塑料着色中的几个主要指标,并分别探讨了这些指标的表征及测试方法,在实验的基础上,对比了国产颜料(上海捷虹颜料化工集团有限公司)与国外同类产品的性能水平。实验结果表明,色彩性能、分散性能、加工流变性能以及耐热性4个指标基本上反映了颜料的主要性能,能够作为评价颜料性能的基础参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Several main properties were established to determine the application performance of the organic pigment used in plastic,and the test methods of these properties were respectively discussed.With a series of experiments on these four properties,the comparisons between domestic products(Shanghai Jiehong Chemical Group Ltd)and intraclass products from overseas were also made. The investigation showed that color performance,dispersing ability,rheology and heat-resistance basically reflected the properties of organic pigment and could be the basic index of organic pigment estimation.更多还原
