【摘要】 通过问卷调查法对山东省普通高校高水平运动队篮球教练员队伍的现状进行研究分析,结果表明:山东省高校高水平篮球运动队教练员整体年龄结构、职称结构比较合理,但高学历比例严重偏低;他们有着丰富的教学实践经验,但缺乏大赛临场指挥经验;教练员还缺乏定期的业务培训、考核制度。因此,要改善教练员学历结构及提高大赛临场指挥水平,建议采用引进的手段,聘请高水平专业队教练员兼职任教,实现教练员队伍的优势互补;加强对高水平运动队教练员队伍的培训、考核,提高高水平运动队的科学化训练水平;培养智力型与经验型相结合的高水平篮球教练员。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through investigation by questionnaire,it analyzed the current situation of basketball coaches of high-level sports team from common higher institutions in Shandong.It has been shown that their age and professional title structure is reasonable,but less well-educated proportion.They have abundant teaching practical experience,but lack the match and command experience in a contest.They still lack the fixed professional training and evaluation system.It is suggested that it strengthen their training and evaluation,to improve their scientific training level in high-level sports team.更多还原
