【Abstract】 The region innovation is the basic power of sustainable development of a region.Region innovation ability is becoming the determining factor for region economy gaining international competition superiority and the important symbol of region economy having the competitive advantage day by day.Industrial cluster,which is the important shape of the region economy,become the ideal quarter of the region innovation system for its remarkable network characteristic.To construct the region innovation system has already become the strategic choice of fast development of various regions.This article embarks from the industrial cluster,researches the innovation network system constitution and its moving mechanism,and proposes several mentalities of constructing the region innovation network system.更多还原
