柑桔果皮中叶黄素的开发与提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 首先对柑桔果皮中叶黄素的功能特性进行了综述,为叶黄素开发提供了一种廉价、天然、丰富的资源。同时研究了微波强化有机溶剂萃取法提取柑桔果皮中叶黄素的方法,探讨了微波功率、提取溶剂、料液比、提取时间等因素对产品提取率的影响,并经过正交实验获得最佳提取条件。在提取溶剂石油醚-丙酮(1∶1,v/v)、微波功率240W、料液比1∶20、提取时间45s的萃取条件下,叶黄素提取率达到75.23%。

【Abstract】 Frist, the function characteristics of luteins in orange peels are summarized. It provides one kind of luteins development resources of inexpensive, natural and rich. In the same time, the method of extracting luteins from orange peels as the starting plant materials by microwave is researched. The influence of the following factors on the extraction yield is discussed, the wattage of microwave, the solvent for extraction, the ratio between luteins and raw material, the extraction period, and so on, and the best extracting condition is found by the orthogonal experiment. The lutein extraction yield can reach 75.23% under the condition of withdraws solvent of benzine-acetone(1∶1, v/v), 240W microwave, 1∶20 between luteins and raw material and 45s extraction period.
