【Abstract】 By full use of the current generally operated quality and safety management system,this paper analyzed the data for different materials,made the affecting degree of different management systems quantitative,and established a simple and feasible evaluation and selecting mode of food suppliers.This mode evaluates and selects with different emphasis as per different properties and requirements of products,and effectively uses the results of the third-party evaluation,so to reduce repeated labor and make the resource shared sufficiently.更多还原
