食品供应商选择评估方式的研究
Research on the establishment of selecting scheme of food suppliers
【摘要】 基于企业现通行的质量和安全管理模式,对每种类型食品原物料进行数据分析,加权量化了不同管理体系的影响程度,建立了简单易行的食品供应商评估选择方式。它根据不同产品的特性和需求,进行侧重点不同的评估和选择,并且可以有效利用第三方评估结果,减少重复劳动,充分共享资源。
【Abstract】 By full use of the current generally operated quality and safety management system,this paper analyzed the data for different materials,made the affecting degree of different management systems quantitative,and established a simple and feasible evaluation and selecting mode of food suppliers.This mode evaluates and selects with different emphasis as per different properties and requirements of products,and effectively uses the results of the third-party evaluation,so to reduce repeated labor and make the resource shared sufficiently.
