利用膜分离技术对牛初乳进行除菌浓缩的研究

【摘要】 利用膜分离技术对牛初乳的加工工艺进行改进,使用微滤膜进行除菌、纳滤膜进行浓缩,克服了传统工艺中杀菌时造成脂肪被氧化,产生异味的缺陷,产品的微生物指标符合国家标准;浓缩过程除去50%的水分,大大降低了冷冻干燥工序中的能耗,符合建设节约型社会的理念。由于采用膜技术进行“冷杀菌”,低温浓缩,降低了热敏性成分的分解,提高了产品的品质。

【Abstract】 Using membrane separate technology to improve the foremilk process technics. Most bacteria were separated by micro-filtration membrane, and the liquid was condensed by nano-filtration membrane. There is no fat being oxidated which leads to the peculiar smell, and the microorganism of the production can meet the requirement of national standard; 50 percent of the water is removed by condensing, a lot of power is reduced, it is the appeal of constructing managing society. The quality of the production is improved because of the membranes which was used to remove bacteria and condense at low temperature.
