磷钒铬杂多酸盐催化合成乙酸芳樟酯
Catalytic synthesis of linalyl acetate by heteropolychromovanadopohosphate
【摘要】 采用自制的双帽Keggin型磷钒铬杂多酸盐催化合成乙酸芳樟酯,研究了各种反应因素对酯化反应产率的影响。结果表明,磷钒铬杂多酸盐具有较高的催化活性,且不溶于水和醇,可重复使用多次,将其用于催化合成乙酸芳樟酯,得到了优化的反应条件为n(乙酸酐)∶n(芳樟醇)=1.4、反应温度116℃、反应时间3h、催化剂用量为芳樟醇质量的1.5%,酯收率达到95.3%。
【Abstract】 Heteropolychromovanadopohosphate with bi-capped Keggin structure was synthesized and used as catalyst for the synthesis of linalyl acetate by esterification. The effects of reaction conditions were investigated. The optimal conditions obtained for the reaction are as follows: mole ratio of acetic anhydride to linalool: 1.4, reaction temperature: 116℃, reaction time: 6h and the amount of catalysts: 1.5%(base on the mass of linalool). Under these conditions the yield of synthesis of linalyl acetate was over 95.3%, suggesting that K13PV12Cr2O42 is a good catalyst for the synthesis of linalyl acetate.
