【摘要】 以蚕丝为原料,脱胶后,用Na2CO3溶液精炼两次,然后选用适宜浓度的CaCl2溶解丝素,并将所得溶液采用透析袋活水脱盐,经冷冻干燥后进行结果分析。实验所确定丝素蛋白制备的最佳工艺条件为脱胶精炼最佳浴比1∶50、最佳脱胶时间为30min、CaCl2溶解丝素时最适浓度为40%、浴比1∶10。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses silk as material, silk is refined in Na2CO3 solution twice after doffing sericin. You can get silk fibroin and then dissolves silk fibroin by the optimum concentration CaCl2 solution. The obtained solution is then desalted by the dialysis bag, frozen into dryness and analyzed the result. The best conditions of the processes ensured by the experiment are as follows: the best of silk ratio to solution is 1∶50, the best desalting time is 30 min, the best concentration of CaCl2 solution is 40%, the best ratio of silk to solution is 1∶10.更多还原
