甲壳素固定化β-甘露聚糖酶的研究
Study on the immobilized β-mannanase by chitin
【摘要】 研究了甲壳素作为载体、戊二醛作为交联剂,对β-甘露聚糖酶进行固定化,通过实验对交联剂浓度、加酶量、吸附时间、吸附pH等能够影响固定化酶活力回收率的因素进行研究和优化,得出最佳的固定化条件,并对固定化后的酶学性质作了初步研究。
【Abstract】 The method of immobilized β-mannanase is studied in this paper, β-mannanase has been immobilized on chitin with glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent, Some factors that have effect on activity of immobilized β-mannanase were studied. Such as the concentration of glutaraldehyde, amount of β-mannanase, reaction time and pH, got the optimum condition for immobilization. The immobilized β-mannanase has been the first step researched.
