【Abstract】 As one kind of oxidases, catalases can be found in almost all animals, plants and microorganisms. Catalases can catalyse the decomposition of the cellular hydrogen-peroxide and thus protect membrane lipid against peroxidation. Based on reviewing enzyme types and structure, purifying methods, determination of catalase activity, characters are all summarized in this paper.更多还原
