【摘要】 目的:观察烧伤湿润暴露疗法(MEBT/MEBO)治疗褥疮的疗效。方法:15例23个部位褥疮全程应用湿润暴露疗法(MEBT/MEBO)治疗。结果:21个部位褥疮全部治愈,治愈率91．30％,2个部位褥疮行局部皮瓣修复封闭创面。结论:应用MEBT/MEBO治疗褥疮能最大限度发挥濒临组织的自动修复能力,促进创面愈合,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating bedsore.Method:15 patients with bedsore in 23 positions were treated with MEBT/MEBO in the whole treating course.Result:Bedsore in 21 positions were cured,the curative rate was 91.3%.Bedsores in 2 positions were repaired with skin flaps.Conclusion:MEBT/MEBO is very efficacious in treating bedsore.It can enhance the repairing ability of the injured tissue and promote wound healing.更多还原
