【Abstract】 It is very important to enhance the employment competitiveness of engineering students in the new situation.From employment-guided,build the training system oriented to engineering application;student-centered,accelerate the traditional education to quality education;market-oriented,strengthen employment guidance,management and service these three aspects,this article discusses some ideas about promoting the employment competitiveness of engineering students and hope that the graduates can successful to be employed with these measures.更多还原
