温度型光纤白光干涉传感器的研究
Study on temperature sensor based on optical fiber white light interference technology
【摘要】 根据光纤白光干涉传感器的测量原理,提出了一种采用半导体热电制冷器件的温度控制电路系统并利用它进行温度测试实验.实验结果表明:这种温度控制系统在温度测量的应用中线性非常好,而且升温过程和降温过程中每一个相同的测量点基本重合,具有很好的重复性和可用性,可对温度进行准确测量.
【Abstract】 According to the measuring principle for optical fiber white light interference sensor,the circuit system for controlling temperature based on conductor technology is proposed,and then the experiment of temperature measurement is done.The result show that the relationship between optical path difference and temperature change has good linearity,and that each measuring point is almost identical in rise/down temperature,and that it is used to measure temperature accurately.
