个人建构理论对师生互动的启示
Enlightenment of Personal Construct Psychology to Mutual Activities among Teachers and Students
【摘要】 个人建构心理学从一个全新的角度对人格进行了重新阐释,该理论强调认知活动对人格的影响,将人格理解为一种构念,即个人用来解释世界的方式。文章分析了根据建构理论师生在互动中应遵循的原则,对于出现的分歧怎样进行有效的处理。
【Abstract】 Personal construct psychology(PCP) explained personality in a different way comparing with other personality theories.PCP emphasized the influence by cognitive processes.It viewed that personality is a construct,that is a way where one explains the world.The article analyzed the principles in the mutual activities among teachers and students according to PCP,and how to deal with divarication of opinions effectively.
