【摘要】 目的分析初治涂阳肺结核病人治愈的影响因素,提高治愈率。方法对高唐县结核病防治所1995~2004年登记的初治涂阳肺结核病例的管治情况进行汇总回顾性分析。结果10年共登记初治涂阳患者1344例,治愈1161例,治愈率86.4%,因各种原因未能完成疗程86例,中断治疗率6.4%,初治失败55例,治疗失败率4.1%,住院治疗12例,入院率0.9%,其他如迁出、死亡、合并其他疾病30例,占2.2%。结论结核病人的不规则治疗、药物副反应及感染菌的耐药性是影响初治涂阳肺结核病人治愈的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object The study is to analyze the factors of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculos in the initial treatment,and to increase the curative ratio.Methods Collecting the cases registered at Gaotang prophylactico-therapeutic institution in 1995～2004 year,and make statistical summary and retrospective analysis on the circumstances with management and cure. Results There are 1344 cases is smear-positive pulmonary tuberculos in the initial treatment,and cure 1161, the ratio is 86.4%, and 86 cases can’t accomplish the period of treatment, the ratio is 6.4%.55 cases failed in the initial treatmen,the ratio is 4.1%,12 cases for hospitalization,the ratio is 0.9%,30 cases with another final such as migrate,decease andcomplication, the ratio is 2.2%.Conclusion There are much more factors affect smear-positive pulmonary tuberculos in the initial treatment, such as anomaly medical treatment, harmful aftereffects of drugs, drug fastness of infectious bacteria.更多还原
