【Abstract】 With the acrylonitrile and the diacetone alcohol as raw materials,the orthogonal test and proving test aim to get the best process condition of the synthesis of 5,6-dihydro-4,4,6-trimethyl-2-vinyl-6-hydroxy-1,3-(4H)-oxazine sulfate(1:1).The feeding temperature is 10～15 ℃;the ratio of the amount of diacetone alcohol, acrylonitrile and oil of vitriol is 1.2:1.0:2.2～2.5;the time for reaction in a constant temperature is about 3 hours;and the stirring time after adding acetone is 1 hour.更多还原
