基于Nafion/硫堇/纳米金的副溶血性弧菌无试剂电流型免疫传感器的研制
FABRICATION OF REAGENTLESS AMPEROMETRIC IMMUNOSENSOR FOR DETECTION OF VP BASED ON NAFION-THIONINE MEMBRANE AND NANO-AU
【摘要】 利用静电吸附和自组装技术将Nafion、硫堇、纳米金和anti-VP修饰到电极表面形成敏感膜,制得副溶血性弧菌无试剂电流型免疫传感器。实验中无需酶标抗体和复杂操作,根据Ag-Ab特异性结合形成的免疫复合物使敏感膜有效扩散截面积减小,从而抑制硫堇氧化还原来实现对VP的检测。研制出了一种具有好的特异性、重现性、稳定性和准确性的用于VP快速筛选的电化学免疫传感器。
【Abstract】 A reagentless electrochemical immunosensor for detection of VP based on positive-negative charge adsorption and self-assembly coated with sensing membrane that consists of Nano-Au/Thionine/Nafion and anti-VP has been developed. Without enzyme-label antibody and complicated operation, the inhibited redox of thionine which caused by immunocomplex from antigen-antibody immunoreaction decreasing the effective diffusion area could be used to detect VP. The electrochemical immunosensor had good specificity, reproducibility, stability and accuracy.
