混合表面活性剂胶束增效测定奶粉中的亚硝酸盐
DETERMIMTION OF NITRITE IN MILKS POWDER BY MIXED SURFACE ACTIVATOR INFERIOR WITH MICELLE SENSITIZER
【摘要】 样品去除蛋白质及脂肪后,亚硝酸盐与对氨基苯磺酸重氮化,再与盐酸萘乙二胺偶合形成红色偶氮染料,反应体系中加入TritonX-100与OP混合溶液后,吸光度增强,建立了测定微量亚硝酸盐的新方法。该方法的最大吸收波长为510nm,检出限为0.lmg/kg,线性范围为0.2mg/L-2.5mg/L,用于奶粉中微量NO2-的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 After excluding fat and the protein in sample,nitrite was diazotized by 4-Aminobenzene sulfonic acid base benzene sulphur sour diazotization, and later coupled with ethylenediamine dihydrochloride to form a purple red azo dyestuff,dye which was , after mixing solution in reaction system by addition of TritonX-100 and OP, absorbance strengthens, have established new method determined the trace inferior salt of nitric acid .The absorption maximum is 510 nm beer’ s law is obeyed in the concentration rage of 0.2 mg/L-2.5 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.l mg/kg.The proposed method has been used in the determination of powdered milk trace NO2- with satisfactory results.
