回归正交试验法优化提取仙人掌中黄酮类物质
OPTIMIZATION ON EXTRACTION METHODS OF THE FLAVONOIDS IN CACTUS WITH ORTHOGONAL REGRESSION
【摘要】 采用乙醇浸提法并利用回归正交试验设计法研究了仙人掌中黄酮类物质的提取工艺。试验中运用快速登高试验法,可快捷、方便、经济、科学地获得最优提取方案。结果表明:当乙醇浓度为68%,提取时间为4.5h,乙醇用量12倍于仙人掌质量,提取温度为66℃时,黄酮类物质的提取率可达到25.5mg/g干重。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the extracting technology on flavonoids from cactus by alcohol steep and orthogonal regression experimental design methods.Through fast hill-climbing methods,we can obtain the best conditions in a quick,convenient,economic and scientific project.The optimum extracting conditions were 68 % alcohol as solvent,extracting time 4.5 h,raw material and solvent ratio 1:12,extracting temperature 66 ℃.Under these conditions,the extracting rate of flavonoids was 25.5 mg/g of dry weight.
