大孔树脂对豆粕中异黄酮吸附特性的研究

【摘要】 选用高效液相色谱法及紫外分光光度法检测溶液中大豆异黄酮的含量。比较3种不同型号大孔树脂对大豆异黄酮的吸附解吸性质,从中筛选出效果较好的ADS-21型树脂进行静态及动态动力学特性研究,得到该树脂在室温条件下对大豆异黄酮的吸附及解吸动力学曲线。

【Abstract】 HPLC and Ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to determine soybean isoflavons in solution. Macrophorous resin ADS-21 was selected by comparing the properties of adsorption and desorption of 3 types of macroporous resins for soybean isoflavone. The properties of static and dynamic kinetics of resin ADS-21 for soybean isoflavone were also studied. It had been found that the adsorption and desorption dynamic curve for soybean isoflavone at room temperature.
