蚕蛹油提取和精制工艺研究

【摘要】 应用环己烷-石油醚混合溶剂提取蚕蛹毛油,通过单因素及正交试验确定了皂化法精制蚕蛹油的最佳工艺,并对精制的蚕蛹油进行了成分分析。结果表明:在80℃、固液比为1:3条件下蒸馏3h,毛油提取率为36.4%;在碱浓度14%、超碱量74.4%条件下精制毛油,其精制率为68%。蚕蛹油不饱和脂肪酸中亚油酸、油酸、α-亚麻酸、γ-亚麻酸的含量分别为6.36%、27.52%、32.77%及0.21%。

【Abstract】 The method for extracting silkworm pupa crude oil with mixed organic solvent of petroleum and cyclohexane was investigated. With the alkali saponnification method, the singal factor test and orthogonal test were used to confirm optimal refined condition.The components of the refined silkworm pupa oil was also analyzed. The results show the optimal test parameter: extracting time and tempreture were 3 h and 80 ℃, ratio of solid-liquid was 1:3 , alkali concentration was 14 %, exceed alkali quanlity was 74.4 %.The yield of extracting and refining silkworm pupa crude oil was 36.4 % and 68 % respectively. The content of linoleic acid,oleinic acid,α-linolenic acid and γ-linolenic acid was 6.36 %,27.52 %,32.77 % and 0.21 % respectively.
