不同包装及化学物质对黄金梨虎皮病的影响

【摘要】 以河北藁城产黄金梨为试材,研究了0℃低温贮藏条件下不同包装方式、抗氧化剂和常用防腐保鲜剂对黄金梨贮藏期间虎皮病的影响。结果表明:贮藏210d后,所有包装处理中以外黄内黑的双层袋包装效果最佳,其虎皮病情指数为1.55%;以含0.2%的二苯胺DPA保鲜纸和0.2%的DPA浸果处理效果明显,虎皮病情指数分别为0.87%和1.59%,显著低于其他处理;以1%的壳聚糖处理、0.0001%的活性铜ICC处理及浓度为2.5%CaCl2辅加0.1%的特克多TBZ等常用防腐保鲜剂对黄金梨虎皮病的抑制效果较为明显,病情指数分别为2.98%、4.34%、4.80%,且果实好果率高,分别为91.82%、92.26%、90.04%。

【Abstract】 Different packages,antioxidants and antiseptics on the skin brown of Whangkeumbae at 0 ℃ temperature storage were studied in this paper.The results showed that after 210 days storage the two-doubled package had a better effect on the skin brown and the index of scald disease was 1.55 percent;Ya-li pear paper dipped in 0.2 % DPA and the treatment with 0.2 % DPA significantly decreased the scald,the index was 0.87 % and 1.59 %;the fruits were treated with the 1 % level of Chitosan and 0.000 1 % level of ICC before storage and the treatment with 2.5 % CaCl2 combined with 0.1 % TBZ had a better impact on its quantity,which index was 2.98 %,4.34 %,4.80 %,and the percent of good fruits was 91.82 %,92.26 %,90.04 %.
