【Abstract】 The present condition of domestic and international research on phytosterol is overviewed.The processing conditions of extracting phytosterol using filter mud of cane sugar factory as raw material is studied,cane lipid and crude phytosterol is extracted and crude phytosterol is refined.Further more,the composition of cane lipid and refined phytosterol is analyzed primarily in this paper.更多还原
