黄柏提取物对采后梨果实PAL、CHT及GLU的诱导

【摘要】 以鸭梨(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.)果实为试材,用黄柏提取物进行处理,研究黄柏提取物对梨果实苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、几丁质酶(CHT)与β-1,3-葡聚糖酶(GLU)活性的诱导情况及对梨果实褐腐病的防治效果。结果表明:梨果实用黄柏提取物处理后,PAL、CHT活性均有不同程度地提高,GLU活性下降被延缓;黄柏提取物对梨褐腐病具有很好的抑制效果。

【Abstract】 The experiment was carried out with Yali pear(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.)fruit,which was treated with cortex Phellodendri extract.Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL),chitinase(CHT)and β-1,3-lucanase(GLU)activities induced by cortex Phellodendri extract were studied in postharvest pear fruits.And the inhibitory effects of cortex Phellodendri extract on Monilinia.fracticola rot of harvested pear fruits were studied as well.The results indicated that the activities of PAL,CHT increased differentlly and the decrease of GLU activity was postponed after pear fruits were treated by cortex Phellodendri extract.In addition,cortex Phellodendri extract showed the significantly inhibitory effects in decay incidence of Monilinia.fracticola rot in pear fruits.
