【摘要】 运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、典型调查法和数理统计法对广东省游泳后备人才的培养现状进行调查与分析。结果表明,原有的三级训练网模式已经影响后备人才的培养,人才流失严重。建议:在外部环境上,通过“有偿训练”、合作制等形式,打破国家独办体育的局面,吸引社会资金;实施“体教结合”;在内部环境上,利用三种杠杆促进业余游泳训练的发展,树立大人才观,坚持走“体教结合”的道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through using the method of questionnaire, literature review, typical investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper made analysis on condition of swimming talent reserved cultivation in Guangdong province. The result shows that the present swimming training system influences the cultivation of junior swimmers and has brought the serious brain drain. It suggests that we should break the condition of nation governing the sports, Through cooperation system, extensively attracting the social fund and technique and implementing the combination of training and teaching and enhancing the coach’s quality.更多还原
