【摘要】 通过对篮球竞技运动后备人才可持续发展内涵的分析,得出篮球竞技运动后备人才可持续发展体系应包括竞技能力和潜力培养的可持续发展、科学文化素养的可持续发展和健全人格塑造的可持续发展三个子系统,三个子系统在数量、质量、时间三维空间中均衡发展,保证后备人才的可持续发展,推动篮球竞技运动的发展,对照四川省篮球竞技运动后备人才培养的现状,分析原因、找出对策,为四川省篮球竞技运动后备人才的可持续发展提供理论参考依据,推动四川省篮球竞技运动的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through making analysis on meaning of sustainable development of reserved basketball talent, this paper found out that sustainable development system contained three subsystems, the athletic ability and potential training, sustainable development of scientific and cultural quality, construction of healthy personality. The balanced development of three subsystems in the dimension of quantity, quality and time kept the sustainable development of the reserved talent and promoted the development of basketball. According to the status quo of the reserved talent of basketball in Sichuan province, some reasons are analyzed and theoretical references of sustainable development of reserved talent are provided.
