鱼腥草总黄酮的提取纯化及黄酮类型的初步鉴定

【摘要】 研究了乙醇提取鱼腥草黄酮的最佳工艺,并测定其含量。结果表明:鱼腥草黄酮得率最高的提取工艺为:用乙醇浓度为60%的溶液浸提,鱼腥草干粉质量(g)与乙醇溶液体积(ml)比例为1:50,提取温度为70℃,时间为70min,使用聚酰胺对提取物中的黄酮类化合物进行纯化处理,得率为0.586%。对鱼腥草黄酮进行了理化性质、薄层色谱和紫外-可见光谱分析,初步确定鱼腥草黄酮为黄酮醇类化合物。

【Abstract】 In this research,extraction of flavonoids-natural antioxidant in Houttuyniae cordata by alcohol was studied.Meanwhile,contents of flavonoids were assayed.Results showed that the 60% density alcohol as extraction solution,the optimum conditions are:Houttuyniae cordata powder quantity with alcohol solution volume 1:50,temperature 70 ℃ and the time 70 min.The Houttuyniae cordata flavonoids were purified by polyamide,and the yield of flavonoids reached 0.586%.Houttuyniae cordata flavonoids was identified as flavonol by physical and chemical properties analysis,TLC and UV-VIS.
