【Abstract】 Nutrition compositions of juice of Phyllanthus emblica L.were determined.The results show that there are abundant nutrition componsitions in juice,such as protein,fat,sugar,vitamin C,17 kinds of amino acids,8 kinds of essential amino acids,SOD and multiplicate trace elements.The juice is a high quality nature biologic resource with nutrition,health care,medical functions.更多还原
