【摘要】 在用乳酸菌发酵生产γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)时,为了对发酵液中的GABA进行定性与定量分析,本文对纸层析法、高效液相色普法(HPLC)进行了研究,结果发现用本文中实验所确定的改良纸层析法进行初步的定性与定量分析是可行的,再配合PITC柱前衍生-紫外检测的HPLC法进行精确定量分析,结果准确,重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, paper chromatography method and high pressure liquid chromatography were studied on qualitative analysis and quantitative technique of GABA which fermented by lactobacillus. As a result the improvement paper chromatography method which experimented in this text make sure to carry on the fist step in qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are viable. Then match the PITC pillar developed before- the HPLC method of the ultraviolet examination carried on the accurate quantitative analysis, result is accurate, with high reproducibility.更多还原
