微波辐射合成十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的研究
Study on synthesis of starch sodium alkenylsuccinate by the microwave irradiation
【摘要】 研究了在微波条件下以十二烯基琥珀酸酐为酯化剂,通过干法对玉米淀粉进行改性以制备十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的工艺条件;着重讨论了十二烯基琥珀酸酐用量、碳酸钠用量、淀粉含水量以及辐射时间对产物酯化度的影响规律,得到了最佳工艺条件,并对产物的结构与性能进行了测定。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the dry method condition of making starch sodium alkenylsuccinate under the condition of microwave radiation. It mainly discussed the influences of several important parameters to the product. These parameters were the amount of dodecenly succinic anhydride, the amount of Na2CO3 and the amount of water added to the slurry as well as the reaction time, and the optimum conditions were obtained.
