β-环糊精叶黄素的增溶性研究
Study on effects of β-cyclodextrin on solubilization of lutein
【摘要】 研究了β–环糊精与叶黄素包结增溶性。结果显示,β–环糊精与叶黄素形成包合物具有良好的增溶性,增溶倍数与β–环糊精的浓度成线性关系,求其包合平衡常数Kf=3.63×103L/mol。
【Abstract】 The effects of β–cyclodextrin (β–CD) on solubilization of lutein are investigated. The results showed that the solubility of lutein is linearly increased with the increase of β–CD concentration. The complex constant Kf for β-CD and lutein is 3.63×103 L/mol.
