南瓜渣中木葡聚糖的提取工艺优化
Optimization of extraction processing of xyloglucans from pumpkin residua
【摘要】 将水提可溶性多糖后的南瓜渣,碱提取南瓜木葡聚糖。实验研究了液料比(x1)、碱的浓度(x2)和提取时间(x3)对南瓜木葡聚糖得率的影响,并通过响应曲面法优化了木葡聚糖的提取工艺。最佳提取工艺为:液料比20.1∶1;NaOH浓度2.7mol/L;提取时间12.6h。验证实验表明,优化工艺合理。
【Abstract】 Response surface methodology was applied to study the effect of liquid︰solid ratio(x1), reaction time(x2) and NaOH concentration(x3) on the production of xyloglucans from pumpkin residua. The data obtained is the base of regression analysis. A liquid︰solid ratio of 20.1∶1 (v/w), NaOH concentration of 2.7mol/L and reaction time of 12.6h were thought to be optimal for xyloglucans extraction from pumpkin residua. The adequacy of this model is confirmed, according to additional experiments.
