示差折光检测法检测肌醇含量

【摘要】 通过实验得到了一种简单、快速、准确分析肌醇的方法。该方法采用日本岛津LC—10AT高效液相色谱仪,BFRL-KNAUER K-2401示差折光检测器,大连依利特公司提供的Spherisorb C18柱,上海之信仪器有限公司生产的DL-360A型超声波清洗器,色谱流动相为蒸馏水,经超声脱气后,流动相流速为0.8mL/min,进样量为20μL。实验证实,采用示差折光检测器的高效液相色谱法所测得的肌醇样品含量的结果重现性好,标准偏差小。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a simple, rapid and accurate method for inositol analysis. It uses LC-10A high performance liquid chromatograph with BFRL-KNAVER K-2401 refractive index detector made by Shimadzu corporation in Japan. The spherisorb octadecyl( C18 )chromatographic column is made by Dalian Elite Analytical Instruments Co. Ltd. and DL-360A ultrasonic washer is provided by Shanghai Zhisun Instruments Co. Ltd. The mobile phase, distilled water, flows into the column at 0.8mL/min after being ultrasonically degassed. Sample volume is 20μL. The experiments showed that above parameters led to results with satisfactory repeatability and minor standard deviation.更多还原
